Fun things for you to do… A Fashion Show, and Chocolate Genius.
Come see me play electric violin with New York’s Studio 54 / Paradise Garage legend Junior Vasquez. It’s LA Fashion Week, and we’re playing for Maggie Barry’s runway show at the historic Globe Theater in Downtown LA. The theme is Victorian Circus, and Maggie’s creating a red and gold “Gypsy” inspired dress for me with matching shoes and accessories.
Also, New York’s Chocolate Genius is playing Largo at the Coronet, and he’s invited me to play acoustic violin and viola with my cellist friend, Nia Allen. We had a great time playing a show last month. Come hear this stripped-back acoustic set and check out the cool new Largo space, the 1940’s and 50’s home of Eva Gardener, Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger and Lenny Bruce.
